I'm Ben Weaver. I've lived the high of performance and the crash that comes after. For almost 20 years I've walked with men as a pastor, a brand consultant, and a leadership developer.
Now I work with high-capacity men whose old way of winning has stopped working. On this show I talk about what I see in those men every week. The three ceilings that stall driven men. And the deeper skill set that lasts.
Off the mic, I lead the efforts at Bigger Story Advisory. I hold a master's in spiritual formation and leadership and wrote Relationships Are Everything. I live in St. Louis with my wife and daughters.
