Nope. While we hold confidentiality, Ben is not a licensed therapist and is not trained in theraputic modalities. Therapy may be recommended, if applicable.
Sessions often include time for sharing current struggles that align with your set goals, processing your current spiritual state and spiritual practices such as silence, scripture meditation, reflective listening to God and his prompting and contemplative questions. It traditionally does not look like a coaching session where advice is given and plans are set in place for growth. Our sessions work at a pace that fits what your soul needs.
We do have limited in-person sessions available, with virtual being the primary option.
