How we view ourselves is how we arrange our days, weeks and lives. In our first two sessions, we’ll help you better understand yourself so you can lay an unshakeable foundation for how your schedule can give you life instead of death.

CHOICE

All of us have loads and limits. We also get a choice of what we do with those every day. You’ll learn where to set proper boundaries so you can show up in strength in the most important areas of your life.

PRACTICE

A life that moves freely and lightly takes time takes time to develop. In our last two sessions, we’ll help you find places of margin you need to establish inside a long-term recovery plan, so life can be good once again.
