Brian has spent his entire career in sales and executive leadership roles. In 2002 Brian left a six-figure executive management position with an IT Training firm and jumped into the straight commission mortgage industry. As a Certified Mortgage Planner and Leader of The McRae Mortgage Team, he and his team have been recognized in the Top 1% of producers in the mortgage industry and have earned the highest customer service award for over a decade.
In 2011, with a desire to positively impact the way business was done in St. Louis, Brian launched Mastermind St. Louis a unique Shared Learning event that helps small business owners and sales professionals become better leaders and more prosperous at work and at home. With over 18,000 attendees since its inception, the event continues to grow and encourage those who attend.
Brian has been named one of the “Top 100 People to Know to Succeed in Business”. His passion is helping leaders emerge so they can win at work and at home.
Brian is a recovering fantasy football addict, enjoys playing tennis, and is learning to use chopsticks. He is married to Tracy and they will be celebrating 28 years of marriage this year. They have 3 beautiful daughters and currently reside in Chesterfield Missouri with their dog Trooper.
